We collect information you provide directly: account information (name, email, password), API keys (stored encrypted at rest), and usage data (workflows used, videos generated, feature interactions). We also collect technical data such as IP address, browser type, and device information through standard web analytics.
2. How We Use Information
We use your information to: provide and improve the Service, process your video generation requests, manage your account and subscriptions, send important service notifications, analyze usage patterns to improve our platform, and provide customer support.
3. Data Storage & Security
Your API keys are encrypted at rest using industry-standard AES-256 encryption. Generated videos are stored temporarily on our servers for download and are automatically deleted after 30 days. Account data is stored on secure, encrypted servers. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data.
4. Third-Party Services
When you use Creatar AI, your content is processed through third-party services based on the API keys you provide, including HeyGen, Kling AI, ElevenLabs, OpenAI, and Google AI. Your interactions with these services are governed by their respective privacy policies. Creatar AI transmits only the minimum data necessary to fulfill your video generation requests.
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies to maintain your session and preferences (theme, authentication). We may use analytics cookies to understand how users interact with the Service. You can control cookie settings through your browser preferences.
6. Data Retention
Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. Generated videos are automatically deleted 30 days after creation. API keys are deleted immediately upon removal from your settings or account deletion. Usage logs are retained for 90 days for analytics and debugging purposes.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to: access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, delete your account and associated data, export your data in a portable format, and opt out of non-essential communications. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@creatar.ai or visit Settings > Account.
8. Children's Privacy
Creatar AI is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover that a user is under 18, we will promptly delete their account and associated data.
9. Changes to Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
